Refreshing the concept of the banquet hall.
Our newly-renovated building brings a timeless and tasteful backdrop to your next event. The Elan houses three spectacular event spaces — Grand Ballroom, Alessandra Room, and Isabella Room — serving the size and need of any event. Additionally, The Elan has a princess room, ideal for wedding photos, and a private dressing room above the Grand Ballroom, perfect for a bridal suite.
The versatility of the ballrooms at The Elan allows our knowledgeable staff to customize each space for the events we host. The experience of our chef and kitchen staff makes tailoring the cuisine to the tastes of our clients effortless and exciting. Our management team takes pride in guiding our clients through planning an event that exceeds all expectations. Clients can expect an impressive venue, impeccable service, delicious dishes, and a warm, personal touch throughout the planning process.
The location of The Elan is especially convenient for your guests: easy access from all major highways, including the Garden State Parkway (2 miles), Route 17 (1.5 miles), Route 80 and I-95 (each 4 miles).

The Grand Ballroom.
Newly renovated and designed to adapt to suit any personal style and any event, our expansive Grand Ballroom features a grand entrance directly from the impressive, expanded lobby and crystal chandelier. It accommodates 400 for a sit-down dinner and 500 for cocktails and dancing. The room also features two bars with the capability to add additional bars to suit your event, state-of-the-art sound system and audio visual equipment, space for staging, and marble dance floor. This is the largest room available and can be set for special events and trade shows of all kinds.

The more intimate Alessandra Room, which accommodates 160 for dinner and 250 for cocktails, has been renovated from floor to ceiling using soft tones and classical style elements. This room is located directly next to the Lounge, which has been tastefully renovated in a chic, cosmopolitan style and can be used in conjunction with the ballroom. Smaller in size than the Grand Ballroom, the Alessandra Room is ideal for more intimate events of all kinds, yet includes all of the features of the Grand Ballroom including dance floor, staging and built-in full bar.

The Isabella Room.
The Isabella is the smallest of the three spaces available at The Elan offering all of the features of the larger ballrooms including state-of-the-art sound system and audio/visual equipment, built-in bar and space to accommodate a small stage or dance floor. The ballroom is decorated in rich tones enhancing the warmth of the space and accommodates 50 for dinner, 75 for cocktails making it ideal for hosting an array of smaller gatherings including birthday parties, business and board meetings and holiday parties.

The Skylight Room.
The Skylight Room, The Elan's hidden treasure, accommodates up to 90 seated guests and is perfect for ceremonies, wine tastings, showers, birthdays, seated dinners (up to 50 guests), and so much more! With this room "the sky is the limit" -literally! The glass dome-shaped ceiling radiates expansive light during the day, and an beautiful moonlight during evening events. Up-lighting of this room is optional, but a dramatic and elegant choice if made. The Skylight Room can also be used as the bridal party lounge or as a beautiful backdrop for wedding photography.
